All orders are processed and dispatched from our central facility located in Slovakia.
Order Processing Time: Orders require 1 to 3 business days to be prepared, packed, and handed over to our shipping partners.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery across Europe typically takes 5 to 7 business days following dispatch.

Tracking Notifications: Automated status updates, including tracking references, will be sent to the email address provided at checkout when the order is dispatched, arrives at major transit hubs, and enters local delivery.
Delayed or Delayed Transits:
Should a shipment exceed the standard estimated delivery timeframe, we will promptly initiate a formal investigation with the designated carrier. Please note that replacement items or full refunds will be processed only after the carrier completes its formal investigation and officially verifies the package status, protecting both parties against unauthorized or fraudulent transit claims.
- Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with European Union consumer legislation, customers residing within the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day on which the physical goods are received.
Conditions for a Standard Return:

The items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and complete with all original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the direct costs associated with returning the goods, unless otherwise agreed.

Once a refund is approved (either following the inspection of a returned item or verification of a damaged delivery), the credit will be processed automatically to the original payment method used during checkout.
